Rhian Parsons

Rhian Parsons specialises exclusively in Clinical Negligence work and has concluded a number of catastrophic and other brain injury claims, relating to brain injuries suffered during childbirth, arising out of negligent surgery and arising out of delayed treatment and avoidable infection. The Claimants involved in these causes of action ranged from very young children to geriatric patients.

Elin Davies

Elin has extensive experience in advising client on claims for orthopaedic injuries, obstetric and gynaecological claims, ophthalmic negligence particularly in respect of cataract surgery, drug errors and misdiagnosis claims.

Elin strives to deliver empathetic and straightforward advice in what are often traumatic and sensitive cases.
