Jenny is a Principal Lawyer and heads the Manchester clinical negligence team. She handles all aspects of clinical negligence cases and specialises in claims concerning cerebral palsy, other serious injuries at birth and brain injuries suffered by children and adults. She also has particular expertise in claims of wrongful birth. She is a specialist clinical negligence panel member of both AvMA and the Law Society.

Sue is the Clinical Negligence Assessment Manager. She is a registered general nurse and midwife and works closely with the clinical negligence team.
She’s an expert in all aspects of midwifery care and assists on all birth injury cases, providing input in active cases relevant to her areas of expertise.

Liz is a solicitor in the Disability Rights Unit specialising in special educational needs law. Her work includes liaising with local authorities to ensure children and young adults receive appropriate educational provision. She deals with the legal framework surrounding statements of special educational needs as well as Education Health and Care plans and associated appeal and tribunal work.
